LoanChargeFOI.co.uk has been created to help affected people raise focused Freedom of Information requests about the Loan Charge.
Before submitting a request, search existing requests and avoid duplication. Keep requests narrow, factual and polite. Ask for records, figures or documents rather than arguments or explanations.
Where possible, link requests to public interest, accountability and the need to understand how HMRC and HMT decisions were made.
